Me, and photography.

Inspired by my father’s skill with the camera, and the way photos told stories, at the age of 12 I immediately decided without further thought that I was going to dedicate the next 6 years towards photography. That year, I worked over 150 hours in order to save up for my first DSLR, the Fuji XT10. I used that camera so much over the next 4-5 years that the rubber grips were falling off, I took it everywhere, it became a part of me. I have a fascination with creating images that make people stop, composing an image with interesting lighting, and storytelling through the lens. I’m constantly dedicating my time and thought towards learning new skills in photography, and always trying my hand at various types of photography in order to become a more skilled photographer. I’ve tried my hand at portraits, headshots, nature photography, astrophotography, product photography, food photography, street photography, macro photography, making photobooks, and I’m always trying to learn new things.
